Dancehall performing artist Beenie Man has been penalized $150,000 within the St Elizabeth Parish Court for breaking the disaster Risk Management Act.
He had before confessed. The 47yearold global dancehall star was charged by the Black River police a year ago
December for facilitating an unlawful gathering at an area in Shrewsbury region, St Elizabeth, on Sunday, November
29, 2020.
An extra charge of breaking the Noise Abatement Act was tossed out during the DJ’s last court appearance. “Beenie
