According to White House press official Jen Psaki, the government expects to export around 60 million dosages of AstraZeneca vaccines that are being stored in the United States while pending FDA clearance in the next femonths.<\/p>\n
It remained unclear which nations would be chosen for AstraZeneca allocations after the FDA gave the go-ahead.
\nNeighboring Canada and Mexico have requested for the dosages and are expected to be high on Washington’s priority list.<\/p>\n
Psaki stated that the government can manage to deliver the AstraZeneca injections since the United States already has sufficient vaccine in stock to immunize the whole American public with Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines.<\/p>\n
