SVG reports 18 new COVID-19 cases, 16 from emergency shelters

Eighteen new Covid­19 results have been noted in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, sixteen of which are evacuees in covers.

In a delivery today (May 2), the National Emergency Management Organization – NEMO, said the new cases were accounted for from one hundred and 92 (192) examples prepared on April 30th, 2021 bringing about an inspiration pace of 9.4%.

NEMO said no new COVID­19 cases were recorded from (44) examples handled on May first, 2021. One hundred and forty (140) cases are as of now dynamic and eleven (11) people with COVID­19 have passed on, NEMO said.

NEMO is asking people in general to keep on utilizing veils, disinfect, genuinely distance, and get inoculated to lessen the spread of COVID­19 in St. Vincent and the Grenadines
